Professor Dr. Abu Noman Md. Rafiqur Rahman is the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Chairman of the Department of Islamic Studies, and a Professor at Bangladesh Islami University. He is a highly regarded scholar specializing in Shariah governance, Islamic jurisprudence, and Islamic finance.
