Al-Arafah Islami Bank has launched the soft launch of IlmNet EMS (Education Management System) to advance the digital transformation of the education sector. It is a Sharia-compliant digital platform that will bring academic management, communication, fee collection and digital payment services of educational institutions under an integrated system. Managing Director and CEO of the bank, Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, was present as the chief guest at the event.

Deputy Managing Directors of the Bank, Md. Fazlur Rahman Chowdhury, Md. Aminul Islam Bhuiyan, Mohammed Hossain, S.M. Abu Jafar, members of the management committee and senior officials of the bank were present at the event.

Through Ilm Net, in addition to managing the administrative and academic activities of schools, colleges, madrasas, kindergartens and other educational institutions on a digital platform, fee collection facilities will be provided through Islamic wallet and Bangla QR. As a result, the activities of educational institutions will be more efficient, transparent and technology-based and students, guardians and institutions will benefit equally.

Speakers at the event reiterated Al-Arafah Islami Bank’s commitment to technology-driven innovation, financial inclusion and building a cashless Bangladesh. They emphasized the potential of IlmNet in building a modern, connected and effective digital ecosystem in the education sector.
