A three-day training course titled “Investment Management” has started at the Bank’s Training Institute (AIBTI) at Al-Arafah Islami Bank on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan inaugurated the training program as the chief guest.
Speaking as the chief guest, Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan said that efficient investment management based on Shariah principles is essential to ensure sustainable growth of the bank and maintain the quality of investment and assets. At the same time, he called on the officers to achieve professional excellence, increase their expertise in risk assessment and management, and implement timely investment strategies.
The program was presided over by AIBTI Principal Md. Abdur Rahim Duary. The bank’s Senior Assistant Vice President S.M. Zulkar Nayen and senior officers were present at the workshop.
A total of 50 investment officers from different branches of the bank participated as trainees in the training program. This three-day training will enhance the professional skills of the participants and make the bank’s investment activities more integrated and effective.
